InfoTruck is a blog for writers, editors, and art directors who want to deliver information by the truckload.
InfoTruck should be a helpful resource for print people who are moving towards the web, for bloggers who want to ‘graduate’ to print, and those who are exploring the app world.
Because I am confident that many other people are better-qualified to talk about delivering information than I am, InfoTruck represents the beginning of conversations, rather than the end.
I type with two fingers. I have terrible grammar, I couldn’t spell my way out of a wet paper bag, and my punctuation is ploopy (look it up in Diary of a Wimpy Kid).
Despite that, I have managed to build a successful career in publishing. My skills, my value, and my passion, lie in the other parts of magazine and web publishing — delivering information is one of my favorites. Packaging nuggets of text, photos, drawings, and charts to be accessible is like a never-ending puzzle to me.
